8.5 X 20 w/18" V...basics completed...

I picked black hoping it will not fade like the white or gray. This will be under a port and in a permanent place for me most of the time as all I do is sleep in my 5th wheel now. It will be a "park model", no holding tanks of any kind with a direct connection to water, electricity, and city sewer system.

I couldn't get the original plywood off the walls(way too hard, now glad I didn't, my supports are not tubular, they are flanged), so I added 2x2, 2x4, and 2x3 to support the walls. The 2x3 were put on a 48" center from floor in case I decided to mount the walls(t-1-11) horizontally, and also to make it easier to run wiring. Insulation is r-5, two sheets(r-10 total), foil out, foil in, just in case it might help reflection with no air space. The ceiling is the same. The trailer is a 2015 Cargo Mate. The previous owner had one sheet of r-3 in the ceiling, so I took it down and replaced it....everything screwed back in the original holes, but it was a job for me..

full 32" shower and regular commode. Had heck trying to figure out where to put it(nose) lots of stuff under there. The shower had a small crack in the flange on the opposite side...saved me $100

nose framed in and everything set. No lavatory, although I can add it in the "V" if I want to later. I'll use the sink...

The exterior door is a 4 ft'er. I kinda like it.

view from rear ramp. Wall and A/C set. I went with an 8000 btu from Lowes. Roof mounts are too expensive and expensive to work on. I can just replace this one if needed. door is just there waiting to be set. I had to level the ramp floor, all but about a foot, I may get to that later.

view from back. Hot water heater in place(19gal Lowes). I rotated the florescent lights later to 90 degrees from what they are in the pic. There are 3....lots of light...lol...I will be installing a Fantastic Vent later(already wired for that.

Walls painted. Counter in place. The sink is a fiberglass RV sink. $20....same place I bought the window.. 12v light in place, a 12v plug will go on the back wall. The PVC riser is a vent for the sink and washer drain. P trap is on this side toward commode.

The counter is a 24" x 96" table(new). I took the legs off, framed it, dropped it in. Backsplash is 10" galvanized sheet.

Bed folded down. 2 x 8 on wheel well. I used some of the floor mounts to secure it. Twin bed. The 2 X made it perfect for the 1 x 12's to be used as legs.(they fold down and up) as you will see next. regular door hinges(3)

two closets are at the back, 24" wide and 48 high. door is also functional and air is on....yeah...lol
