I can't speak from experience but I have been planning a CT conversion for some time.
I would not use PT plywood or PT wood for the floor for the reasons Bob stated. You don't want to breath or be in contact with that stuff. Sealing the underside of the deck should be sufficient. I do plan on an extended tongue length for the CT trailer for propane, battery, weight distribution hitch brackets, etc.
Please document your experience with Trailer Showroom. I have been considering them as they have two plants within 150 miles of where I live.
