Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

On another forum a member had his enclosed cargo trailer come off the ball. He believed he had correctly hooked up trailer. Months later and no longer having the trailer he received a recall.
It's a pic I can see it says LooK and pace and cargo express. It is for the 2" coupler.
