The deposit is down, just waiting on final placement of the two 30x30 windows and 110 outlets and then 4-5, hopefully not 6 weeks of waiting.

In addition to the factory specs, option list includes:
- 14ft with extra 12inch
- tandem 3500 axles
- 2 30x30 windows with screen
- Powered vent
- Loading lights
- 30 amp package with 4 LED strips
- Spring cover
- White walls interior
- Upgraded wheels and radials tires

Since the trailer will be put in action very quickly for hauling and camping, for certain things that I could have done myself, it was simpler to get them done by the factory. That being said, there will be plenty of customization for me to do. First thing on the list will be to separate all the 12v trailer function (brake lights, turn signals, etc) from the lighting and run those off a battery I can recharge.

Then the plan is to live in it / use it for some time and figure out how we want to fit.

Wow! That is a GREAT platform to start a build. The Neo's really are superior to most of the cargo/utility trailers out there.
I like the fact that this model was purpose built for a bike trailer. Very Nice.

I'd venture that ATC are up there with Neo. Since there were no ATC dealer close, by we went with Neo.

The dual purpose will bring some challenges but fun times will be had!

Now I have to figure out the DC system.

I just looked at the ATC site. That does look like a very well made trailer. I've never seen one around here, so they must be pretty spendy. But, you get what you pay for. Hopefully...

Can those of us still looking at manufacturers get an out the door price b4 and after upgrades? (Unless it gets u in trouble with the misses) Just too many sites to vist, would be nice to see listed here for comparison. Thnx

Without getting into specifics, full aluminium trailer are more expensive then the all steel ones. You do pay a price for the lower weight and the build quality. The best advice I can tell you is to go see trailers at your local dealer(s) and see how they are built.

To answer your question, the same 7x14 (all 14ft + are tandem and 12ft can be had with tandem axles) in simple cargo form NAVR with an 84.5 height, was 8250 CAD before tax. As for what we paid for ours (NAMR), we could have gotten a lot more trailer for that price. Would it be as well built? No. Would it be as light? No. Also round top is usually more expensive.

I beg to differ with you about the "all 14ft + are tandem" comment. Mine is an Interstate Pro series 14' X 6' X 6'6"and
it is a single axle, NOT a special order. I did have a heavier axle so that I could have the brakes, but even with the
"stock" axle it was a single. Here's a post right after I bought it.

NEO NAVR 7x16x7 ramp door, with mags, radials, and mag radial spare tire was aprox $8900 Cdn. I had no time to "dicker" on price as I needed a trailer to move back to BC.

Purchased from New Brunswick NEO dealer in 2014.

Hope this is what you're after.

I know I didn't find any singles @14' on lots when I was looking. But a 14' with a single axle @3500 wouldn't have much capacity. A 14' with a 5000 single unloaded or light load in general would ride rough. Pogoing on rough roads. A 14' with tandem should ride smoother. My biggest problem is how dealers list sizes. Some include the v nose as lenght others just the "box". The other thing is the "extra" 6 inches in height. 6" extra, added to what? 5'?-6'?. The dimensions are usually the exterior,

By the way, the 14ft comment and tandem axle, applies to Neo trailers only. I do not know for other brands.

CoventryKid, you must have purchased it from L&M trailers, same guys we are purchasing from.
