Very nice! I hope your AC is an inspiration to alot of people. I have wondered why more builders haven't done it like this. Good job.

Mine is similar, but I chose not to make the tunnel from the false, wall to the barn door for two reasons. One, I did not want to cut the hole in the door and two, I belived I needed more air circulation around the back. I have two small fans around it to help cool off the unit. Oh, of course, I leave the door open some for air flow.

Very Nice, Randy! Super job on the rear utility area. Great idea to separate the hot exhaust out the door while having the vents for intake air down low and not mixed with exhaust in the backroom. Tidy set up. The locker is a great idea as well. You can't have too much storage. The walls and kitchen came out great. Can you give some detail on the fan?
Well Done, Sir.

I like the way you did your ac. I plan to do something pretty similar.

McDave,

I didn't order the trailer with a vent fan. I bought these two items from Amazon..

If you look at the Amazon reviews for the PWM controller, someone has posted pictures showing how to do it. The fan fit the existing hole perfectly. I used aluminum angle to make the trim.

It works really well.
