Bolting D ring and Wheel Chock on underside of trailer?

I am designing the layout for where all of the 4 dirt bikes will go within the rear of the 7 x 20 trailer.
I plan to have D rings with chains attached to each peg and then wheel chocks for the front wheels. Perhaps a dumb question. How is everyone getting the trailer high enough to install these bolts and how are others waterproofing around these bolt installs on the underside of the trailer (if at all)?
Thanks.

Drop the nose for rear clearance, perhaps. As for sealing around the bolt holes push a dollop of silicone
into the hole, follow with bolt, tighten the washer and nut, wipe off excess. Simple, .. no?

It is a tight fit unless you jack it up. Before I flipped my axle to raise it up, I would have to jack it up if I wanted to work underneath. I siliconed around it, but now I have insulation covering them , so no issues,

I used a couple different ways to attach my wheel chock, and other things through floor.
Since I don't like silicone I avoid using it.
Galvanized bolts can be used too.
I used a wood waterproofing product in the holes I drilled. Anti seize on bolt threads. Large fender washers, lock washers and nuts. I had some nyloc nuts and used those, too. I used T nuts for my hand rail. I also installed ridged insulation underneath, caulking all seams. I then painted Drylok over it.

Thanks for the ideas. Yes - definitely sounds simple just was curious of the methods that had been used successfully before. This forum is an excellent resource and always provides some great, detailed answers.
I have dual stabilizer jacks on the rear of the trailer as well so I may be able to utilize those because the D rings and wheel chocks will be towards the rear of the trailer.

You are welcome. Be careful under there when jacked up.

You could drive it up onto the curb of the sidewalk on one side. It wont be level but you can get under it without jacking it up. Shadetree mechanic's trick.

Building on a theme, a stack of 2x6 or 8's with the ends staggered to roll up and off of,
A set of ramps used for oil changes,
But, if you use jacks please invest in some jack-stands for safety.

Or dig a trench and drive over it? ...

Absolutely!! Never get under the vehicle without them!

Another option, no d really MB’s or chocks on the floor. Install E track on the walls and tie down the bikes to E Track. We haul three bikes doing just that with no issues.
