I finished this cargo trailer camper project a few years ago, but just got around to posting some information online about the project here:

Although it was more work than I anticipated, it was a fun project and I have enjoyed using the camper. I got a lot of ideas and information for the project from this forum, and I really appreciate that. I'm planning to add more detail about the project, but hopefully there is some useful information for others that are working on a similar project.

Very nice! A lot of thought went into your build.

Thank you. Yes, a bit of an obsession, which I'm sure others can relate.

Yes! I went to your site and liked what I saw there, a lot. I have the same obsession, er, hobby and also tend to have a hard time "letting go" of perfectly usable items and lumber of "unconventional" sizes. Or anything metal. And motors, switches, relays, selenoids and wiring. So I also had plenty of supplies to put a pretty big dent in the cost of my CTC. Nothin wrong with being frugal. There may be a Scotsman in my Irish woodpile somewhere. Doesn't make me a bad person. Makes me a good carpenter, plumber, mason, electrician, draftsman, technician, engineer, biker, chef, mechanic, pilot, hunter, bartender, lover, fighter, wild bull rider. But the weekends are all mine... Sweet!

Ha! I can definitely relate to the Scotsman. Never certain if it's more a curse or blessing :)
