I've had a few instances I've scraped my A frame jack driving on uneven ground. I put spacers and longer bolts to raise it up a few inches but a came across a great alternative for those that have the same issue.
Jack-E-Up... seems to be a great option.

I installed it recently so I could fully lower my truck tailgate. It’s awesome, put a few pictures in my gallery.

I like using a jack with the welded hubs. Works great. I have a hub on each side which helps if you have to jack knife into a parking spot.
