The Shower will sit off the front wall about 1 inch. Will use furring strips for spacer for FRP shower paneling. That will allow for plumbing. The shower faucet will be mounted in the bezel which I will be able to access from inside the shower so I do not need to account for that behind the shower... just Pex behind shower.

Getting the kitchen area roughed in today. Trying to figure out how to best construct the over the sink cabinet that will house microwave and create 2 drawers over the fridge and under the counter space.

Think I got the uWave shelf figured out. Just letting glue and filler dry, then final sand and paint. Working on drawers next..I have some ideas that may work.

A little more progress. Starting to take some shape. Just doing a fit check. I still have to pull the shelf back out and panels the walls and etc..Also decided the water heater will have to go on bathroom wall. It will vent directly through the roof. I just couldn't make it work under the sink. Going to put a mirror on the front and pretend it is the medicine cabinet that was to go on that wall.

This fits nicely. Have to make the most of the small counter space. It has 2 USB and 3 110V AC plugs. I left just enough room behind the drawer for this to fit. Also, need to put the quick connect for the propane through the countertop behind the drawer.

Got a little more done.

Left a spot for a pull out cutting board/countertop extension to go above the drawer. Also, I have a panel to put under top shelf. I need to put in the recessed lighting then I can screw.it on.

Thinking I will use the subway tile backslash. I think that will look nice.

It is. One of the perks of being retired now. I have more time to spend on things I like to do.

I made a video today of the progress to date.

Cut ventilation holes for the fridge compartment and got the pass throughs for the electric and gas cut. Just waiting for the cutting board/countertop pull out for above the drawer to arrive today and I'll install that.

Gas is for portable Coleman singe burner stove that I will place on the counter when I need it. It will connect to the 20lb. propane bottle. Also will have a double burner model for cooking outside or inside if I need two burners which would be very rare. I really wanted to keep this little counter as available as possible with the option to cook indoors also. The stoves will store under the sink for quick access.

I think I am going to go with all black cabinets... at least I won't have to wipe them down a lot.

Got the faux door panel built. Just need to paint black and install magnets which should be here tomorrow.

The single burner stove fits well. I didn't realize this base was so big. Will be very stable , even with large pans.

Wow, these Hepvo drains do save alot of space under the sink I will now recover for storage. Pricey, but not really when you figure this replaced the P-trap and the air admittance valve for the drain. Also is waterless trap, so no worries for freezing... like that is a concern in Florida...
