Hi Folks

Doing the kitchen up in the front of my 6x12 vnose. My question is how do you support the upper cabinets from sagging, or for that matter collapsing during travel. My trailer is 5"9" wide and it seems like I should have a vertical strut in the middle to support the upper cabinet. But if I can avoid that middle strut would prefer

Cheers
Al

Can you add a support inside the cabinet. Any pics?

Could you incorporate a beam across the bottom of the cabinets? Depending on how much weight you intend to put in them, you may be able to "hang" the ends of the beam on the walls using small joist hangers. The beam could be below the bottom edge of the cabinet or built into the front bottom edge of it.

yycwrangler, Howdy;

Have you explored a French Cleat type of system and then secure both
the 'support' cleat and the hanging bracket to the 'studs'.
