My CTC for sale

Postby beachguy005 » Wed Jun 30, 2021 6:26 am

Looking for some feedback on my listing in the for sale section, and if anyone is having an issue opening the gallery for it.

Thanks
Rick

It's in the "for sale" section. I was hoping for some feedback as I don't really know where the market is, or the correct price point.
Thanks for looking.

Bottom link works for me.

I think that is a low price even without all the included kit

The gallery link works for me so I'm not sure of the issue. I added a craig's list link. See if that works.

Lowered the price to 4500.00, if anyone is interested. If not I'll put it in storage.
Thanks,
Rick

I agree with John - low price. I fear 5 or 6 days over a holiday weekend is to quick. Hold on and good luck!

Thanks for the comment. I've had 131 views and not one comment there so I'm just a bit confused as to why. I've had a couple on craigslist but all the rain here in Florida has been a hindrance to interest. Good escape pod from the hurricane though.

It will take the right buyer. Someone who is handy and understands what goes into the build. Not going to be your average RV buyer, who for the most part, are clueless how anything works except the on/off switch.

Most folks on this forum would build thier own in any case.

Best place to sell is at an event where other like minded people are. I had multiple offers same day at a Dualsport event. One guy wrote me a check on the spot for my first toy hauler CTC. It was a win/win for both of us.

I'll agree with Don when he stated, "It will take the right buyer." A lot of folks as they get more orbits of the Sun behind them
have a preference to be able to stand-up instead of moving around bent over. It was something that always bothered me when
I was driving OTR. It's a good lookin' CT for sure, just not everyone is a Hobbit. The lack of feedback is most likely folks bein'
respectful. Sellin' anything is akin to fishin'. Keep the bait out there somethin' will bite, eventually.

I agree with the standing issue. I've found though that it's lot more comfortable than a TD, but just as mobile. A standing room screen room, or tent, is a good option for a secondary space. I've found the CTC is a lot more comfortable to sleep in than a tent.

Be patient. My experience with selling "RV" related stuff is to sell in the early spring. When people are itching to get out.
Since it's super hot right now, it may be a bit slower to sell.
Stick to your guns on the price, don't lower.

We sold 2 atv's earlier this year and got good money out of em, even had multiple offers on the phone.
First cash money wins I told them.
