Hank, good find.
My wife and I use C.O.E. (Corps of Engineers) camp grounds for most of our camping locally here in Texas.
And if you get one of their passes for ages 60, 65 or older, you can camp for half price at the C.O.E. camp grounds.
We've used several different ones in around Central Texas, all kept up very nice. Always enjoy our stays.
We stay during the week when it's not crowded and it's only $7 a night, of course higher on Friday and Saturday nights.

So get out and have some fun in Texas.. :D
Stay safe, David
