My brother and best friend passed away in September. I'll spare you the details, but when he was diagnosed, they gave him 5 months. He fought for over 8 years, still keeping up with his constant flow of home projects and keeping his yard beautiful. He made us all proud and put me to shame. He is missed.
Andy bought a new truck a few years ago, and gave himself a nice ride to and from all of his doctor appointments. A couple weeks ago his wife mentioned that she didn't know what to do with it.
I offered her Blue Book, and we're going through the transfer process now.
It's cool having something that was his. I can still hear him quoting that old TV commercial... "That got a HEMI in it?"
I've never had a Dodge before but Andy was an automotive machinist by trade. This was his second Ram, and he drove the first one for years.
Happily, my wife wants to sell her Corolla and keep my Nissan. (I was gonna miss that truck.)

2018 RAM 1500, 5.7L/8-speed Automatic, 3.92 rear end, towing capacity 10,560 lbs.
A little more appropriate than the mid-size Nissan.
