Cargo to Camper and back..

I have a 6x12 v nose. My plan is to use a sofa sleeper. Kitchen in a cabinet with wheels, and locks to wall. Microwave, TV and ac unit will mount in V. Cabinet. Wired , rv style connections. Porta Potty in curtained area. When not camping.. everything will be rolled out so I can use it for a argo trailer. Anyone else taken this approach?

I took that approach. Everything is modular or attached to rails. Can go back to a hauler in less than 20 mins..
