Sleeping arrangement

I'm looking for ideas for a sleeping system that will utilize a standard full-size mattress. I have a residential bed and it will work but using it seems to not make the best use of the floor space. I'm reaching out to the more experienced for ideas. By the way, I am building out a 7x7x16 bullet nose CTCC. Thanks in advance.

Have you considered a fold-down bed that hugs the wall during the day?
