A new corner of the state.

While we've explored most of the state of Utah. There is one corner we haven't. North East
For the woman's birthday she wanted to go to Bear lake.
1st campsite was on the east end of the lake. South Eden CG. Stayed 1 night.
Fishing was a bust. Lots of bites but no hook.

We explored/drove around the lake into Idaho and back. Then a nasty storm rolled in. Once that was gone we moved onto the next spot at the south end.
Birch campground. 2 nights.
This had a more sandy beach right behind the campsite.
Our view from the trailer door.
Both campgrounds had power/water.

Being early June, more storms hit us every few hours. Utah is still thawing out from our not so usual winter.
Surprisingly the crowds haven't arrived yet.
The new dog Sugar got camping training and also got to run along the beach to her hearts delight. She wore herself out . Staring out the door at the beach.

Today we made our way home, but first one more stop in Preston Idaho to see the Napolion Dynamite house. Since we were close enough. A nice scenic loop leads back to Logan, UT .
Total miles::; 436 round trip.
