Leaves turning in Colorado

Postby jplock » Tue Oct 14, 2008 8:34 pm

Hello Ya'll,
The Lock's and the windsong just completed a trip to southwstern Colorado last week. We traveled approxamately 2,000 miles, and the windsong now has about 11,000 miles on it. We saw lots of beautiful fall colors, got in some good camping, made a train ride, and made several friends along the way. We had 3 or 4 people ask to look at the TD, with the usual questions of do you sleep in that? We had lots of fun and thought I would share a few pictures with Ya'll.

Thanks JP,

Wow, do I ever love looking at those aspen trees. We don't have those around here. Nice pictures, looks like a great trip.

Great pictures! You gotta love this time of year. Unfortunately in Texas it usually goes from summer to winter in a day or two so we don't get much color change. :(

Went to VT over the weekend... foliage is about a peaked as it is going to get. Almost got attacked by dragons and cows in boats.. but we survived.

In order, they are:

foliage,

Kathleen eating (again),

cow navy attacking,

dragon,

barn (look at roof and see date built in different colored slate),

and our family homestead.
