Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers

We are planning a trip to New England the first two weeks in June. We are traveling through New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and Nova Scotia. Would like to know from the locals, the area I've just got to see, or places that has good food. I love historical.
Thinking of staying in Bar Harbor and taking the "CAT" over to Nova Scotia. I appreciate any and all help.....Thanks

If you like history... don't miss Boston & hike the "freedom trail." Eat at the Union Oyster House (the oldest restaurant in the country). Also, Mystic Seaport in Connecticut is a great place to visit. If your plans are more flexible you may consider going a little further south on one leg of your trip... there is lots of history in Philadelphia & Valley Forge and the Pennsylvania State Parks are very nice.

That big smile looks more like a sunrise than a sunset! If you are going through Ohio to get to New England, you might check out Hocking Hills State Park - http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/Parks/parks/hocking.htm - southeast of Columbus. It's a good place to stay for a week - or a night or two. lol Also, Rickett's Glen in northeast Pennsylvania - http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateParks/ ... sglen.aspx - all the waterfalls you could want in about 3-1/2 miles of hiking. If you are between Erie and Buffalo, check out the Graycliff - a Frank Lloyd Wright house - in Derby, NY - http://graycliff.bfn.org/ .

There is a TearJerker event taking place at Watkins Glen S.P from the 1-3 June and a get together event at Fish Creek Pond S.P. around campsites 231-250 in the ADK from June 14-18. Lake Placid in near by.
Both events are a fun time for all and all type campers welcome.
