Camping as it should be

Now this is how camping should be, upper 80's during the day, low 60's at night. I am not a fan of the hot weather, I find it easier to warm up than to cool down.
Spent a few days in Vermont & New Hampshire and the sites around.
Visited Bennington, Vt. stopping at Bennington Monument, Hemming News, a working gas station and antique vehicle museum and caught the towns Moose Festival Statue display. Be advised parking is tough in town for a car and teardrop, with none at the monument. I asked the folks at the Bennington Museum for permission to stay in their parking lot while I looked around.
Did some hiking in Franconia Notch State Park viewing the Old Man Historic Site, Boise Rock and the Basin. Dogs are not allowed on the Cannon Mt. Aerial Tram or at The Flume.
Summitted Mt. Washington, via the automobile road, @ 6,288'.
Went to the "Dog Chapel" @ St. Johnsbury Vt. This is a full size chapel where people can bring their dogs and where folks post pictures of their deceased loved pets. I posted one of my best friend "Winter" and a picture of Jackie's cat "Dondi".
Pictures in my album.

Looks like you had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing the pics - that's exactly camping as it should be!
