Do a search on You Tube for Montana Pot Roast. This is an old cowboy who is naturally funny, he has many false starts, bear with him. He does not actually cook a pot roast, he uses Chuck steaks from the same piece of meat.
I took his idea and adapted it to a 4# roast in a Dutch Oven.
I did if for a vintage trailer rally in Ojai CA this weekend. Far be it from to me to brag but my entree was the first one used up last night.
It will be repeated often. I will post my version under recipes..
