Don't know if anyone might be interested in this but wanted to post it anyway. From what Kenneth says, there are 150 camper hookups here and an International Dutch Oven Society (IDOS) cookoff. Sounds like a good time to me.

Hello,

My name is Kenneth Antee and I am Chairman of the Louisiana Hunting, Fishing and Heritage Expo. We are having the Expo. August 21, 22 and 23, 2009, in Alexandria, La. This is our third annual Expo. and it is sponsored by our Knights of Columbus, Council 13296.

We will be having our IDOS Dutch oven Regional cook off starting at 7 A.M., Saturday August 22, 2009, at the Rapides Parish Coliseum. Our entrance fee is $75.00, with a $25,00 deposit, non refundable. We will be paying cash prizes for 1st. 2nd. and 3rd. place.

First place winner will be eligible to go to World, if you are a member of IDOS.

We are accepting the first 25 cookers.
