Thanks Cliff!! I was wondering why no one mentioned Camp-Cook.com... LOL!

There's a lot of familiar faces from this site who hang out over there as well. When your trailer is finished, we're the next site you want to visit. 8)

Not knocking Texsport (I have one just like yours) but they are made in China. As long as the walls have a uniform thickness and no lumps in the casting, should be just fine.

I believe the 4qt is equivelent to a 12", can anybody confirm?

I don't have my 4 quart handy but if I recall correctly it is more like 8" in diameter.

Lodge is still made in the USA so not all are from China.

This 4 Qt is: Inside depth 3.75", inside diameter 9.5" and the outside diameter of the lid is 10". Now I need to find a yard sale with that 12". B^)

Just my opinion but the lid looks as though it doesn't fit very tight which is not very good at all for cooking and is prone to falling off if lifted with a lid lifter by the bail or by hand. but if ya like by all means enjoy it but whenever you get a chance by a Lodge camp oven you will be much more satisfied with the quality and the craftsmanship of a Lodge and tight fitting lid. And yep made in China

Was in Wally World yesterday and strolled thru the camping section to see if they had gotten crazy with markdowns yet.

I noticed Coleman now has a camp oven. I didn't pull it out of the box but would have guessed it to be a 12" shallow one. ( Guess I should have read the label Huh? )

Anyone know who is making it for Coleman ?

It's made in China, that's all I know about it. But then, so is Camp Chef.

If you don't mind cheap Chinese ovens, I've found this place to be very reasonable and easy to work with
