Found a nice page with good information and a version of the Charcoal Calculator with tempuratures shown in Ferhenheit...

For those who need the formula from my Chemistry Class

Fahrenheit(F) to Celcius(C) C=(F-32)x 5/9

Celcuis to Fahrenheit F= (C x 9/5) + 32

I found this converter a long time ago, its a small free program I keep on my desktop and it will convert just about anything.

Just wanted to let you all know, there is an app for that! If you have a smart phone there is an app called Dutch Oven Calculator which is FREE for the Android Market

UNFORTUNATELY There is NOT an app available for Iphone, Ipod Touch, IPad

Is it just me or is there is just something really wrong about computer apps to run a dutch oven ?

Dutch Oven Helper at the Apple App Store has the same information for iStuff. It is FREE as well.

We still use the 3 up and 2 down method we learned at the IRG Dutch Oven Seminar. Here's the first time we used a DO after we got back:
