Jambalaya is one of my favorite things to cook when camping. Eveyone likes it and it has a special thrill for most people. I usually make about 4-6 quarts but 30 gallons?

If I had enough people to eat it, I'd make that much but normally one quart is plenty for me alone..

Rock,
Joanie's mom gave me a dutch oven with their name on it...
Newp....
I'm done buyin' cast iron for now, besides...
I'm starting a new career on Monday and things are gonna be tight for a while...
Next time I pull out an Abe Lincoln to give to one of the kids, his eyes are gonna be squinting...
"Man... It's bright out here!"

Barbara,
As of this coming Monday, I will be an apprentice sheetmetal/iron worker.
After 31 years in glass and the last 12 of that being on my own, got an offer to try something new.
Will also have good health/medical/dental/vision coverage, a good retirement plan and profit sharing.
Feels good to be offered something like this at 50...
