Looks good to me and no shipping, that makes up for a lot with cast iron.
Check the electrolosis method of cleaning or get the blue can of Easy Off oven cleaner... scrub, rinse, spray, scrub, rinse etc etc and you can have waffles by tomorrow. (the blue can cleans as well as the yellow can but not noxious fumes). You will be set up before the first or next snow falls
:snow :coffee: :D Waffles are good any time but special on cold winter mornings and you have that covered.

Hey Brwbier:
Nice find, good price. But I think I beat you on the waffle iron. I brought it to the Camp-Inn Camp-Outt.

Didn't you get any? I must have made 25 waffles Sat. morning!!! Just kidding, I didn't have it cleaned up yet. I just bought the washing soda so I can try the electrolisis method of cleaning. It doesn't need much.

Brwbier, check the thread on CI manufacturers, mine was made by Griswald, circa 1930's. When I said I beat you, I meant on the price. Mine sold for $10.00 but my brother bought it for me, so bottom line for me was $0.00

Looks like we will have to get some waffles going at the spring gathering!

I found this one at an antuque store in Muscutine, IA this past weekend, Victor model #8. One of those.. I didn't know what I was looking for until I found it..deals. $16.00 and a good time doing nothing all weekend was a price too good to pass up.

Umm, I am starting to see a group of Camp-Outt attendees with waffle irons. I think maybe there needs to be a waffle feed next year? Maybe, please, pretty please.

Looks like you did fine. I paid $37 + shipping for my Wagner waffle iron alone. It was well worth it but your deal is better. :applause:
