D.O. COOKBOOK recommendations, anyone?

I'd like to find a Dutch Oven cookbook that provides info on the basic mechanics of Dutch Oven cooking it as well as some nice recipes.

Looked at Amazon.com but there was no consensus choice. In fact, there was no D.O. cookbook with very many reviews, at all.

Any D.O. cookbook you all would highly recommend?

I'd sure appreciate it, thanks.

I've found the Texas Dutch Oven Cookbook to be pretty fair.

TheOutdoor Dutch Oven Cookbook by Sheila Mills This one has 200 recipes covering all types of foods.

Dutch Oven and other camp cookin' by Cee Dub's (Butch Welch) This one is a good read even if you don't want to actually cook. Very interesting and informative. with lots of good recipes.

Cooking In Cast Iron by Mara Reid Rogers. This is a good general cast iron cookbook. Lots of skillet recipes, seems more suited for home ,but I'm sure a good cook could find ways to do these camping as well.

I also like Steven Reichleins...BBQ USA cookbook. I have done many of his recipes from this book and have not been dissapointed. Lots of great reading in this book as well. He goes into the history of reigonal BBQ recipes. So you learn as you cook.

You could just come over to www.camp-cook.com and look through all of our recipes and Dutch Oven cooking "how to's".

Of course this is just a shameless plug for my forum. Thank goodness Mike and Auntie M are members or I'd be in trouble. :R
