If you want a good one, look at antique stores. You will pay $60 +++.

Ron,
There are a huge variety of waffle Irons out there. Here is some samples:

1. Go to http://www.campinghotdeals.com/astore.html and type waffle Iron and you will find 4 for around $20

2 Go to Ebayhttp://shop.ebay.com/items/__waffle-iron_W0QQ_frsZ1QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em359 and you will find over 200 from $1 to over $200.

I have seen them at large sporting goods stores and a few antique stores. I ended up breaking up a collection for the old griswald that we use on our coleman.

Ron,
They don't make 'em like they use to...
If you're not wanting to spend a lot... A Wagner can be had for a decent price. If you're willing to plunk some additional money down, you can get the fancier ones like a Griswold Heart and Star for example.
Take a stab at Ebay, you can get a decent waffle iron for a good price.
I bought all mine off of Ebay... Looked at several in antique shops, but they wanted too much.
Just be sure to check what the shipping rate is, some sellers do inflate the shipping cost, but most don't.

Lehmans has a cast iron waffle iron for $22. They have a bunch of other interesting stuff.

I passed up 2 waffle irons today. one wagner plain jane wood was missing but otherwise nice that was $30 and one I think it was an american brand. old and in rough looking shape, it could be cleaned up I could have got that one for $10.. If we were waffle people I would have bought the wagner. Also dug up 3- 6 inch skillets from $5 to $15, might go back and buy the $15, it was a nice piece..I need a good pot for heating water and all that involves, cook exclusively on a coleman stove......

Griswold is not that bad if you run across a deal. I found a nice waffle iron set at a flea market. It was marked $35 and I was thinking about offering $30. My wife said, "What would you take for that?" and they said $25 !! :)

I used it last weekend, worked great !!

Before I got that, I found the top and bottom of a waffle set, no base, for $3. I was gonna make something to use for a base, but then this deal came along......

I don't think he will buy one from any links we post. He's looking for a brick & mortar store from his post.
I'd suggest an antique mall/store, second hand store, yard/garage sales, Goodwill, Salvation Army, St. Vincent De Paul, etc. :D Danny
