That was Doug's idea, but I didn't have any to try, and that was all the hamburger I had.
But it did cook up pretty good. I wonder what the next waffle is going to taste like. I toweled out between the piramids and used a chop stick (real one, not icky disposable ) to get in the tighter places.![]()

That's exactly what were talking about the other night! Little resevoirs of condiments....Keeps stuff from squirting out the side. I will accept blame for it...did it stick? Did you pre-flatten it so it just needed the final squish? Doug
