James' post reminded me of something I used in my scouting days, the Geezer Cookbook - http://www.macscouter.com/COOKING/docs/GEEZERCB.pdf

Nothing fancy, just soul satisfying, creative, fill-em-up recipes even a Boy Scout can cook.

And it's free, too.

I'm thinking since I can't go camping yet, maybe I'll take out my dutch ovens and make a few new recipes. Get me in the spirit of things!
