I picked this up at a antique store today for $10. It looks like it has been bead blasted. I has little to no seasoning. It is a Wagner 1101A Bacon and Egg Breakfast Skillet.

Cool Jeremy! I'd like one of those. I use the little egg skillet all the time, but that would be nice. Doug

I thought you bought one a couple months back.
I am going to clean it and season it tomorrow.

Wow, that is a great find. Most of the cast iron on this side of the mountains is priced high.

I have picked up a couple lanterns (including Doug's Mil-spec) and a couple pieces of cast iron form this store. It's a small one man store. He has quite a bit of iron. I went looking for lanterns and ended up with this skillet.

Jeremy,
I bought one of those on ebay a year or so ago, the bone heads didn't pack it well and it showed up with a broken handle.
Fortunately for cast iron welding rod, you'd hardly see the break.

I got it seasoned up yesterday and gave it a test run today. No bacon, just eggs. It worked great, the eggs did not stick at all!!!

I picked up a 10' Wagner #1058 skillet yesterday for a whole $5.00. It needs to be cleaned up and re-seasoned but it is in good shape. I did notice wen I got home it is slightly warped on the bottom. I seems to be in the middle. Oh well, I bought for the teardrop so it will be fine.
