IMHO... I think our chicken recipe is pretty healthy.
Yes, we start off by frying it in either olive oil or the omega type that Joanie likes.
Then we bake it on an elevated trivet and all the drippings stay out of contact with the chicken.
The gravy... That's another story. :lol:

Healthy is one thing.

Snarfing up a 10 pound bucket o chicken is something else.

really, I am not that worried about eating "Healthy" eating less is my cross to bare right now

8) Hey Randy, When the chicken is done I allow myself a little bit of the outside skin, and devour all the inside. I'm chipping away at Deano's former eating habits little by little, but I'll have to give this recipe a go with coating the meat and just having skinless chicken.

My mom never did leave the skin on the chicken so I do like mine skinless.
