I just wanted to send out a big Thank you to Dennis (dmb90260) for the ebelskiver pan! Dennis surprised me when he showed up at our campsite in Pismo Beach to give this to me. What a nice guy! I mentioned it here on the forum somewhere how nice it would be to have a ebelskiver pan.
Hopefully I can do the pan justice with some tasty ebelskivers!

Last weekend while camping I made aebleskivers for the gang. I made three kinds using the same batter, when I first poured the batter in I followed it up with a piece of apple for one batch, a few blueberries for the next batch and some chocolate chips in the last batch. Just place it on the batter and push it under the surface, I use wooden skewers for easy turning. Mmmmmm.....
Better get back on my diet.....
I found that on my Coleman propane stove that the burner was bigger and heated the pan much more evenly. With my 425 stove, the burner is smaller and I could not make one in the middle depression because it would burn every time?!?!?!

The Buellton rally is just down the rod\ad from Solvang, home of aebelskivers in the US. There will be plenty places to compare Cliff's product with professional ones. Practice practice practice!!!
I will stop by for samples.

I bought an aebelskiver pan in Solvang about 30 years ago and made some aebelskivers one time. Too much work for me. I like pancakes just fine!
Cliff, enjoy your pan! No pressure!
