After picking up a no name 15" dutch oven at a yard sale for $15 a few weeks ago, my lovely wife surprised me with a new Lodge 8 quart dutch oven for Father's Day. I am married to a wonderful woman!

Well I'll try to add photos and see if it works.... I'm not the most savvy about this stuff. (although I did finally figure out how to add an avatar photo.) If the photos post, you can see the yardstick reads 15 1/4" outside diameter and 10" tall overall. It is 6" deep inside. 15" seems an odd size for a DO....maybe it's metric!

If you just measure the oven, without the lid, I'll bet you have a 14 DO. :thumbsup:

Cliff, the inside diameter is 14".
