looking for 10 inch replacement lid

It is not the camp oven style (no feet or lid to hold coals on top), but I would like to convert it to one by just replacing lid and using rocks for feet when cooking over coals. But dont like the $28.95 price for a replacment lid from lodge. Scoured the internet for used ones or cheaper ones- no luck yet- anyone have any suggestions?
Even thought about flipping exisiting lid over and using underside to hold coals and a pair of channel locks to move it....
Guess I bette ask too if there are any problems with using a regular dutch oven with coals- would not think it would be an issue....
