New Region

That area of Southern Oregon and Northern California. (Ask Dean!) Includes Jefferson State Tearjerkers

New Region

This is the region north of California and South of Oregon. How big is this area? I don't know for sure. I think it all depends on how thick a line you draw on the map!

Better yet, ask Dean. In fact, Dean, you've got your work cut out for you... You gotta move a few messages into this area, including the one with your fancy schmancy new logo! ;)

Was wondering about the location. Thanks, Mike.

Dean, is it a state of mind or a physical state? (I would never suggest it was a gaseous state!)

Is is a part of the Newnited States? If not, how loose is the immigration policy?

Congrats on the new chapter and kudos on the new logo.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Jefferson State

Dean and Grant can answer all the questions about Jefferson State. I am just happy to have a club where folks can come together with our tears and dutch ovens and have a good time.

Interesting history. Never heard about it in Texas. The only 1941 event I was aware of was the war. Imagine that overshadowing some protest in America.

Locals always know the important real history of an area. I salute your new chapter.

JEFFERSON STATE

Postby Oregonian » Fri Nov 23, 2007 10:43 pm

DON'T FEEL BAD DOWN THERE IN TEXAS IF YOU DIDN'T HEAR ABOUT JEFFERSON STATE. I LIVE IN LAPINE OR, ABOUT 175 MILES NORTH OF CAL AND NEVER HEARD ABOUT IT TILL EUNICE AND KEN CAME TO THE 14TH DAM GATHERING IN A U-HAUL TRUCK WITH THEIR TEAR FOLLOWING BEHIND.
