Won't have the tear at Shasta. :( Going to have to bring the other trailer. Going south after that gathering and will be staying in the big one till the first part of June, and the tear is just too small for what I will be doing, but will be at the IRG with the tear and the Coupe.
Bruce :)

Have you heard anything about a possible Mendicino gathering like I missed last year?????

I don't think Lee is planning on a Mendocino gathering prior to the IRG this year. He's got a pretty full plate of things going. However, it's been a while since I talked with him about it. Doug

Thanks Doug, that is one that I would have liked to have gone to. Oh well, maybe when he has time to put one on. Thanks again.

Just checked out the redwoods last week in the tail end of the wind and rain, starting with Humboldt redwoods near Myers Flat.

It was glorious. Winter is probably the best time to see the redwoods, but too unpredictable to even schedule with one person. I left all my contact numbers back home and figured out what to do each day.

There were ponds in Womens Federation Grove that generally are not there, and the reflections were gorgeous, and water drops were almost musical, unlike water I've heard drop on ponds or in forests before.

Many trunks were almost flourescent green looking in spots.

Registration is moving along... As of today we have room for less than 100 more people.
Check for updates & the latest info on the IRG Website and be sure to check out Nanny's Niche'...
We have a nice video gallery of previous events.

East Fork Campground on Hwy 299

Postby Blumie » Mon Feb 01, 2010 11:05 pm

I found a website description of the East Fork campground mentioned by Dean in an earlier post: 5.2 miles west of the town of Willow Creek, a left turn off Hwy 299 at an unsigned road on the East Fork of Willow Creek. We may stop there en route to IRG.

Thanks, Dean!

If East Fork is taken, you could always turn around and go back a few miles to Boise Creek... Just West of Willow Creek.

Attention To Those Planning To Attend IRG3.0 That Haven't Registered Yet...
Time is running out. We've had the website up for just over three weeks now and as of today (2-9-10) we have room left for only 69 more people... It's filling up fast, almost 3/4 full.
