Bad News / Good News

The bad news is that I won't be able to attend IRG 3..... :cry:

The good news is why I can't attend. Last Friday I made an offer on a house and the offer was accepted. In the next week or so the house will be inspected and appraised. I need to be here for that. I also have to get documentation over to the lender. And who can forget packing and cleaning.

The house is 2100 square feet on a 1/2 acre...with a pool. :thumbsup:

I'll finally have room to park my trailer and the old Blazer off the street.

I wish the timing was different but I couldn't pass up this house. You all have a GREAT time and you know I'll be there in spirit!

Congratulations on your new home, Joanne. It sounds awesome. Lots of room for you, your vehicles, and your pooches. At IRG, we'll definitely be thinking of you and wishing you a smooth, uncomplicated move.

Congrats on the house! It's too bad that we can't see each other, it's been while since we last camped together. Our plans have changed also, Mel won't be able to make it, I'm gonna have to go solo.
