Gearing Up For IRG3.0...

Postby Dean in Eureka, CA » Sun Dec 20, 2009 2:58 pm

We will be heading down to the local public works office later next week for the camp-in-line event to rent & secure dates for IRG3.0 to be held during the month of July 2010.
Exact dates of the event will be published on January 4th, 2010 as we launch the new IRG website.
In the meantime... Nanny's Niche' has been overhauled.
Bobby has found a new program, Simple Machines Forum (SMF), which has a minimal impact on the resources of his server and members will now be able to have their own Album. Although the program is written with PHP language, the forum is laid out and built differently from the PHPBB forums we are all accustomed to using, so I encoaurage those interested in attending IRG3.0 to give the new forum a look see and familiarize yourself with it.
Happy Holidays Everyone and Here's To 2010!!!

Good luck!

I hope you have good weather for the campout, but I suggest you bring some "anti-freeze" along, just in case. ;)

Already planning to attend. Kelly has been collecting cast iron for the raffle. We have to track down a few more pieces to complete the sets.

Is it too early to start planning my menu? LOL!!

Well... The only meal I'm planning right now is the one for New Year's Day while camped out in line to rent Pamplin Grove.
I'll tell yaa... We had a crab feed at Joanie's parents house today for Christmas and man was it awesome!!!
Crab season here this year along the Northcoast is like a blast from the past.
The last time I had crab this good, was when I was a kid. (Born & raised)
I'm thinkin' about heading across the bridge to Woodley Island and getting some live crab off my buddy's boat over at the marina as he'll be heading back sometime that morning.
We'll be able to see him pulling into port, right from where we're camped. :SG

How's that sound Kev?
