That's cool but it looks like a very slow ride. I am thinking that I would prefer something closer to a regular bicycle touring set up. After all, there are folks who tour for years with their kit.

It's designed by a Dutch person so they don't know about hills.

If you want to move up to 1 mile per day on level ground then lots of bicycle-based designs like this become feasible.

But if you want to go up hills, or ride far in headwinds, I think these designs stop being practical.
