I'm a newbie who has been on the forum for about a month. I have a LittleGuy Silver Shadow Highline in Ohio waiting for me to come get her. I just had to post since I've been reading this thread for two nights and am only on page 37. I will post again when I get closer to real time. I want to say how impressed I am with what everyone has done. I bought mine, but I spend so much time thinking about, planning, and buying stuff that I'm beginning to think I might need therapy. $> $> Of course, I will probably run out of funds long before that.... :)
I do have a theme, which is "Under the Sea"..... I am towing with a 2006 Hyundai Elantra which is a beautiful blue with a gray interior. My trailer is Silver and I'm doing a blue interior with an undersea motif. That is the plan, we'll see how that goes. My main problem right now is that my living room is full of stuff waiting to go into the trailer. I wish it would warm up in OH..... :worship:
I will post more when I finish reading the last year of your lives.

This is the wall mural I plan to put on the ceiling and I have the wallpaper border, not sure how I will use it yet....

Welcome :)

I just love how we can all personalize out little trailers to make them our own. ( as if I had one yet ;) )

Have Fun

Mandi, I think the most time consuming part of these little projects is planning it out in our heads. I can't count how many times I woke up in the middle of the night and said to myself.. that's how I'll do that!!! Then had to wait till morning to put my plan into action.. I don't have time to read through the entire thread, is there anyone talking about a gals weekend out?? I know a few gals here in No. Cal that would be interested.. Way to go gals!! Happy trails, Marti

Hi Ladies,
It looks like I will be getting an early vacation. I have had several MD visits and tests in the last month. The results indicate that I need to have a complete hysterectomy. I don't know how soon I will have to go under the knife, or how much knife I will have to go under for that matter until I see the surgeon on Friday, and I'll let y'all know the schedule. The biopsy results were "pre-cancer" so I'm going to remain positive until told otherwise. My big problem is that I had already asked for 3/2 off to go get my baby. I hope the doctor doesn't think this is that urgent so I can still go get her....... but I will do whatever she says I need to do.
Keep me in your prayers please

Lisa we will definitely keep you in our prayers. Mind the Dr's and remember the baby can be gotten anytime. The "C" word is a time for hurry! It is kinda scary when they rush you but in the long run every day can make a difference in recovery time and ease of treatment.

Blessing to you! :worship:

Yea! Good news. I still have to have surgery but it's not urgent and we are going to schedule it for mid to late March so I can still go get my baby in a couple of weeks, weather permitting. Thanks for all the thoughts and prayers.

Hey, ladies--I know I haven't been around much. I've accepted another app admin forum management job (a bunch of writers who tend to eat their young if left unsupervised =sigh=) and regular work has been just non-stop.

BUT (I couldn't think of a better place to post this...) last week, I had my routine oncology follow-ups, and I'm now officially IN REMISSION!
I also had a wonderful six days in NYC for Westminster (the dog show), where I picked up a couple of writing assignments for things that will actually be fun to write about--and then got to go to Orlando FL knowing that I was in remission, and spend my first-ever Florida vacation in 70-80 degree weather, go to SeaWorld, photograph baby blue herons, and just generally relax and recharge.

Of course, we've got a new foot of snow here in CNY today, and it's way too cold to work on the SunSpot's vent/fan repair...but I can make camping plans for this summer. I'm going to start with the Tear Up in the Adirondacks, and do at least one vintage trailer rally in between showing Madison this summer...and the world's in a right place. Glad to be back, and to have a few spare minutes to actually post something--I've really missed this place!

Wonderful news. You've been in my prayers. Maybe we'll meet up at an event between NY and NC sometime.

I can't remember who the pink ladies are, but Walmart has a little cube refidgerator that is pink and I thought it might be something they don't have.
