Any match-makers out there?

This is where the gals can have their very own discussions...

You think i'm going to start over with another crazy guy? I'm used to the one I got, we get along great and we've learned to overlook the crap that drives us both crazy. New guy=troubles, just different ones. Perfection ain't out there.

Perfection is boring.... and highly over rated in people.

If Lois and I were perfect, what would I have to write about?

Arne, I find your post quite entertaining. But, it sounds like Lois is a bit uptight. Ok, putting your tongue on the hot sauce bottle top might not be very sanitary but you shouldn't be "unforgiven" for your entire relationship. Jeez...

A relationship can be such a rewarding experience, and a learning one. So you have to work the kinks out - everybody has their little quirks. But if she cares about you, tell her to ease up. You sound like a easy going person...I hope this works out...if not, it will be her loss.

Stumbled upon this topic. Loved reading the guys stories. Now to find a single man around SE Minnesota.

I have received a few public and private challenges to give everyone an update on my love life since I was the one who started this thread.

OK, here goes…

At the risk of jinxing things (not that I believe in jinxes, of course), the woman who inspired this entire thread is…drum roll…back in my life…hopefully forever this time!!
:woohoo: :awesome: :P  :D :dancing

Thanks Aunti M! Yes indeed, things are looking up for me.

I'm sure your daughter can't be much more than a teenager considering how young you obviously are...so she would clearly have no interest in a 51-year-OLD man.

Karl, I'm very happy to hear that things have been going so well for you. It sounds like you two have found that comfort zone that so many of us look for. Best of luck to both of you! :applause:

Although...I have to say... I'm willing to bet there are more than a few of us ladies here in our little td and ttt world who are a little disappointed to hear that you're off the market! You gave us hope that there are still a few nice, intelligent, handsome, eligible men still out there.

I wish you much happiness with your special lady! :cheerswine:

Ditto! ;)

Thank you for the Ditto!

I watched that video on YouTube. That woman is funny...but her words are poignant, aren't they?

I'm a little too far away (Chicago-ish) and a little too old (+18 yrs) for you. But I'll bump the thread so somebody else can answer!

Karl, give us an update on you and your gal!

Arne, is the Italian hot-pepper sauce lady still in your life?

Zach, how was your camping trip with your girlfriend and her kid?
