Three Little Beauties

Postby starleen2 » Sat Aug 08, 2009 12:12 pm

Looky what I found – After sulking about not finding a decent waffle iron ( at the price I’m willing to pay :( ) – I went down to the local thrift store to rummage for some more old iron – but then I looked up and a light shown forth – Three Coleman beauties waiting to taken to a loving home. I looked at the price – $10.00 for one, $5.00 for the other two. Figured it was about right – maybe get one or two working and have some spare parts. Looked in the ole’ wallet and something was missing – cash! Took the three lanterns to the checkout and asked if they could hold them while I went to the bank – when I returned with cash in tow – I was surprised when the sale person said $10.83 for all three! Immediately paid the sum and took my little babies home. All three worked, with a little coaxing of oil on the pump plunger
Here they are – still need a little cleaning and paint - A Dual fuel model, 220H,228H

Guess you know what I’ll be doing this weekend!

Actually I used products from these guys and Printed my own after finding a suitable graphic from Coleman and sizing it to the original.
