I foresee it on the forum matchmaker thread:
Wanted: Woman who loves to camp and has teardrop and vintage camping equipment . If interested, send picture of vintage camping equipment.

...Sorry, couldn't resist. I'm feeling devilish today. Now, back to that beautiful stove topic... with just one more thought....Some young lady is missing out on a great guy...Redgloves?

 I have no idea if you meant that to be funny or if you misunderstood my joke but you made me hee-haw like a donkey! :rofl2:

Friend, I have no idea what you look like, if you are old or young or "vintage". I think you said you are somewhere in your 40's, which isn't old or vintage. You are in your prime years with the best yet to come! Enjoy!

Outstanding reply... Hahahaha!

I dunno... send a pic!

Poor Doug is right; we're all interested in seeing him "hitch up" to his true counterpart! and we're running around *tee hee hee!* like high school kids, hoping to play matchmaker.

Hey, Doug!

I just spoke with Dean yesterday, and he asked if I'd seen this project, yet ... I had to tell him "No, I don't get over to that part of the Forum much, anymore."

So, today I took a look, and ... WOW! ... ... what a beauty! Damn fine job, my Friend! Will you be bringing it up to Shasta in April?

CHEERS!

Thanks all, even you all who razzed me! Grant...don't know if I'll bring it or not. While it's an operating stove....I'm sure not going to fry up a "mess-O-bacon" in it. I've got plenty of stoves for cooking duties, the 85 to nearly 90 year old ones are demo/display/toys only, at least mine are. Most parts can be extremely difficult to come by, especially in the non-Coleman makes. Doug
