I went ahead and reserved site 61 at the Hawthorn Bluff campground on Oogolah Lake. I'll be there June 16-18, arrive Thursday and leave Sunday. It's about 30 miles from the convention location and reservations can be made at www.recreation.org

:D

Hope to get to see some of you camping.

So, Darren; I'm not sure which event you've decided to attend... but it looks like you're favoring the ICCC Convention. GOOD MAN. lawl.

In any event, we can run our lanterns regardless. How's that for a play on words? Don't mind me, I slept in. I cannot attend either event; I'm stuck here in Cal if forn eye a.

:coffee:

And for what it's worth, I've just joined the ICCC and was assigned Membership # 990. Join now! and get in at under #1000.

The Coleman Collectors Forum message board forum website is down at this particular moment in time, but we'd like to see you more oftern over there as well.

:peace2:

Just joined ICCC this morning. People can come and camp even if they don't want to go to the convention. I'll probably just attend the public showing Saturday and maybe some of the auction after that.

I'm going to consider it ... camping there at least. Want to get more trips in this year!

Never been to Oolagah, but this is a COE park and they are usually as good or better than State Parks.
Some things are way over my head !! ...but it keeps me looking UP!

Come on up and let Ron know if you talk to him. The Google map of the park looks great and almost all of the sites are listed as full shade. I didn't get charged any reservation fees, just $20 a night. I'm not used to that. Up here the Corp parks are almost always better than the State parks.
