I learned something today

I have a 220 lantern in my collection. It is the first lantern I bought before I new I was collecting coleman. It sat for a long time. Nothing special but I finally decided that I wanted to at least get it working. I have been working on this for weeks and weeks. Everything on this was pretty clean and loose but I could never get it to spit fuel. I took it apart half a dozen times. Today I did a search on the coleman web site and found a thread talking about the f/a tube. I took it apart and cleaned it several times and stretched the spring. No good. In reading the thread I discovered that the hole were the pricker rod goes through must be clean with a little extra room to move. I also had a 200a I was working on, same problem. I took them both apart and cleaned the hole real good. Finally it worked. This has bothered me for some time and now I have the answer. :) :)
