Forum meet Phylis.

Phylis is a Coleman Model 220F with a near perfect vent and very clean burner and valves. She is #27 in the stable. Phylis is a worker who was born July of 1970, Just a youngster. By the looks of her cage frame I would say that Phylis has been the victim of cat pee. Strange pattern of rust on an otherwise very clean and health lantern. Phylis is the only lantern I have ever rescued with a three piece fuel cap that had intact soft rubber. This lantern had no mantles and I replaced them with new Coleman mantles which are frail and terrible.

( Phylis was rescued this very morning along with Pam at the fleamarket , by Coleman Recovery Inc. )

Phylis has a great personality and a very clean tank. Fired right up. I give you all Phylis!

Phylis makes me want to cry....I've spent so much time on one of her siblings..and the dang thing might still be toast. I have 2 of those common lanterns and both have issues..at least I have 2 lanterns out of 5 that work..I guess things could be worse...
