Wondering about a price..

$200 for 8 single mantle red lanterns and 2 double mantle green ones.One of the single mantles is missing the globe as is one of the green ones.Most said to be in good working order..good price or not?

How bad do you want em? $20 is my max for a working and decent Coleman anything (of course I already have too many..lol). Quantities of unknown should be discounted accordingly. Or cherry pick through em and make an offer. :D

So do you want 8 of what may be pretty much the same lantern? I picked one up without a globe for 5$ last weekend. Just me, but I'd never go that much dough on a bunch of lanterns like that. Exceptions are....gold bonds/ black bands/ Christmas/ maroons in the bunch. If there is nothing special in the group....pass. There's plenty of them out there. Doug

I just found the ad and wondered if that was a good price or not.I've never used a Coleman lantern,but I'm a big fan of the stoves.

If you've never used a lantern, you can probably pick up a 220 J for next to nothing, all the parts are available, easy to repair/rebuild. 200's in a garage sale can be had for a few bucks, you may have to search though. If you're on the white gas now, might as well add to the stable and get the lantern. Doug

I am with Doug. Take your time. They are not rare. Most any lantern can be found cheap if u are not in a race.
