Lilly is a party girl! Are you ready for this?

Lilly is my newest addition to the stable of fine Coleman lanterns. Lilly is breathing fire today for the first time in many years it appears. She is shy at first and then look out. Just give her a shot of Coleman fuel and Lilly will fire one up with her top off, as you can see in the pic! Lilly is one of those girls who will spit and sputter and lead you on ------ then leave you in the dark wondering what went wrong. I replaced Lilly's generator, gave her a shot of Coleman and a few pumps. She is temperamental and I think that Lilly pretty much hates me.

Hi Cilff. Sorry for the absence, I just had way too much work to do. But now I will have more free time. A little hard work now = more free time for the future. Anyway I will always be around.

A word of warning. When I was wrenching on Lilly I had to replace the generator and nut. The nut felt a little mushy but I kept turning trying to find the natural "stop". It never happened and the nut flared at the bottom and stripped out. The fuel supply nipple stayed in tack luckily. What out for that.

Kirk, just wondering, all your lanterns appear to female. How exactly do the reproduce? As the certainly do based on your rapidly multiplying numbers. Is there at least one stud in the harem?

There are many with Male names including Randy Marshall Doug Otto Ted Barney and others. I guess I am just partial to the ladies. Plus the guys are boring. Just a quick pump and they light and its over, no drama. Nobody would care to read about them.

Again, welcome back Kirk. I was a little worried that maybe you had gone through a life change or something because you seemed a little somber at first; but I can see now that you are back in "full swing", your normal hilarious self.

Lilly just needed a good girls night out to shake things up. She'll come around. But watch out, those wild girls tend to simmer just under the surface until the go crazy. Then watch out!
