I cleaned up a couple of 200As this evening. I'm beginning to really like these little lanterns.

I don't need more stuff either..in fact I need to sell about half my stuff. But I would have bought the clamshell from you. Maybe even the lantern. But you could have donated the lantern if I paid you for the clamshell.

I am looking for a 5/65 lantern. So if you see one, let me know!

Well I went to several garage sales this morning. I have not had any luck with them yet but it was something to do. First one was a bust. Stopped at the 2nd one and it is actually an estate sale. I found a 425 stove. no letter a real 425. case is caved in a little. not to rusty, tank and all seem to be there. Guys says "how about a buck?" So now I have a 425 and a 425C and I still have not found any Coleman or other GPAs at a garage or yard sale.

The 200s look great Lee...those are one of my favorites. What is the white sticker/decal on the side of the ne on the left?

Agree Randy, no luck at yard sales here either.....normally a couple different antique malls is where I find items.

It's an advertising sticker. My guess is that this lantern was a give away.

That's really a sweet lantern Lee.....I came home tonight, took apart the 426 that I had at the IRG and stripped it. Probably at least get it into primer tomorrow...maybe paint it on Sunday. Doug

That's really cool that it has the label from an auto supply on it...just makes it more special...

This is my second 275 and it runs perfect. It was proudly displayed at the IRG light up.

What else do you need to be a cool camper? I am talking cutting edge here. A theme , cool tables, maybe some kind of cool lights?

Show us your cool camp stuff whatever it is. That is what is so great about the gatherings. You get to see the cool camping stuff that everyone else has ---- then you have to go get it!

I'm headed out for another trip tomorrow..just got back from a vintage rally...where I got even more ideas! A certain brand of glow in the dark rope..that really does glow!....got some small battery Chinese lantern type lights for hanging under my new awning..enough light to see where you are going, but not blind everyone...got my motion sensor battery lights like the Sunhopper has...Rubbermade Roughneck totes are the best for sliding under your tear..and you can stack them in your tow vehicle. They are now making them in blue (mine are old..Hunter green)...

Learned a bit about solar battery tenders at Towerfest..there is a guy with a 5 watt tender on his roof..he has a 'Minute' trailer, much like a Scamp/Boler/Trilium.
He says it works great!

I'll get some more pictures and post when I get home. I also have my new awning made by Marti. Fantastic. I will have sides made later. For a privacy enclosure at night. Vintage rallies don't understand teardrop ways sometimes and don't get why many of us have shower tents.

I agree Kirk..

But there has to be Plastic Pink Flamingos (minimum 5) and at least one Tiki Bar lit by Coleman Lanterns to really be edgy..
