I'd bet that there are many people that did not read the fine print on that one...just saw the pic and started bidding. I could crank out a load of those in a hurry! Whoever painted that doesn't know how to paint either, check out how dry it is! Doug

I noticed that, too. Must be why they were bidding so conservatively! :frightened:

Must be the same fools that keep bidding up the waffle doggers. P.T. Barnum was right.

I do not understand it but that guys sells a bunch of those fake gold bonds. He usually makes some really good money. Watch out for all of his auctions.

I've got a fantastic limerick for you Kirk...but, alas, due to the controversial nature of it (because of recent developments)...it can't be posted as I've been getting deleted.....

Did the limerick involve people from Nantucket?

LOL!! I'd better not type what I really want to...or I'll get banned for sure (just stirred enough of the pot in another part of the forum...)

Doug-what did you do to get deleted?? People are getting a little edgy, huh?

Sorry I haven't been posting much...looking for a house to buy, and it has to have a nice spot for the 'Hopper. And I've been trying to get those scooter gang folks back in line.

Nothing new on the Coleman front, and the only vintage camping equipment I have recently purchased said 'Tupperware"...

Only vintage camping connection was selling my car to RV Doctor George's son...

So yeah, I'm boring. Drove by Denios the other night...didn't realize how close it is to me. May have to go there very soon to check it out!

I still have maybe 2 weekends out this year....this next one, up at Wrights Lake, the camp host works for me PT so I get a really premium spot and usually "comped" on the camping, which is cool as it's in the top 10 campgrounds in the US (Sunset Magazine), and then my usual fall "freeze out". It's into October and It's typically very cold. It's perfect to get "patched in" on a snow badge! So what if I didn't get all the yard/ house stuff I wanted to do this summer.....it's just me here anyway. Doug
